Last August I wrote that the Seattle Police Department purchased a 2-year-old black Labrador Retriever named Bear, who was credited with uncovering key evidence that led to the arrest of former Subway spokesman Jared Fogel on child pornography charges.
Bear is one of 4 dogs in the country trained to sniff out a chemical compound emitted from memory-storage devices like memory sticks, SD cards, and other electronic devices, and point them out to his handlers.
Recently the Today Show featured Bear in a story about this new breed of search dog. The report hid several electronic devices in a home and filmed Bear in action as he searched for them.
Check out the video to see if Bear found all of them.
