Every summer a number of venues in the Seattle area host dog friendly drive-in movies, but due to the COVID outbreak, all theses events were cancelled last year.
This summer most Seattle area venues cancelled their summer drive-in movies as well. The one exception I’ve found so far are the Drive-in Movies at Marymoor Park in Redmond hosted by BECU.
The bad news is I didn’t discover this until after all the movies in June were completely sold out.
The good news is you can reserve spots for movies from June 30 – July 31 starting tomorrow, June 10 at 10 AM.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE EVENTS ARE EXTREMELY POPULAR AND SELL OUT QUICKLY. IF YOU WANT TO ATTEND YOU SHOULD BE AT YOUR COMPUTER TOMORROW AT 10 AM TO RESERVE A SPOT.

I will list the August movie schedule as soon as it’s available. If I find other other venues hosting dog friendly drive in movies I will put them in separate posts.

The 2021 BECU Drive-in Movies at Marymoor Park are currently running weekly through August. Stay tuned as we add dates and movies. 2021 is our 17th consecutive season of outdoor movies at King County’s Marymoor Park in Redmond. Load up the car and join us at the Seattle area’s favorite drive-in movie theater.
Event admission: $30 per carload.
Food: There will be hot food trucks, cupcakes and ice cream for sale.
Parking opens 90 minutes before scheduled event time.
Dogs: DOGS ARE ALLOWED IF THEY HAVE RESPONSIBLE OWNERS. YOU MUST PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG!

Viewing: Watch movies on a giant 40-ft movie screen from your vehicle.
Audio: Listen on the FM radio in your car. We do not have an app for audio listening.
Food Trucks: Come hungry and purchase from our selection of food trucks. Outside food and beverages are allowed (no alcohol). Food trucks are listed on the Facebook event listing for each movie.Event Admission: $30 per carload
Parking Sections: In an effort to provide the best viewing for all guests, we will be using the following guidelines for parking:
*Section 1 (front): Small vehicles under 5-feet tall
*Section 2: Mid-sized vehicles between 5-feet to 6-feet tall
*Section 3: Large vehicles over 6-feet tall
*Section 4 (back) Open Hatch: All vehicles that would prefer to back into their parking space and watch the movie with their hatch open will be parked in the back in section 4.
General
*You can watch from your car or sit outside in a chair.
*Please wear a face mask if you need to leave your car.
*Please practice 6-ft social distancing.
*No walk-ups. This is a vehicle ticketed event only.

*East entrance:176th Ave NE & NE 65th Street
*West entrance off West Lake Sammamish Pkwy NE.
Rain or shine: BECU Drive-in Movies at Marymoor are rain or shine events in most cases. If it’s really nasty weather, please check our Facebook page first for updates.
