Is this only for Seattle and Shoreline residents. I work with homeless women and family in Kirkland who have dogs, cats, and rats.

No, it’s for anyone. The organizers wanted to hold it in Shoreline to give the homeless in that area an opportunity to get food and supplies, but any homeless/low income folks are welcome.

What – if any – documentation do people need to bring? Also, must their companions be present?

No documentation required, and you don’t have to bring your pets.
