Seattle Humane Society Giveaway!

This weekend the Seattle Humane Society is moving its whole operation into a beautiful, spacious new facility on the property adjacent to its current home in Bellevue.

On Monday, August 17 and Tuesday, August 18 it will give away any items not going to its new facility.

Only animal welfare groups, shelters, foster programs, rescues or nonprofit organizations are eligible.

If your organization wants any office furnishings or equipment read this announcement from Seattle Humane to see how to get it:

“Seattle Humane will be giving away any items not moving to the new shelter on August 17 and 18.

To be eligible, you must be from another animal welfare group, shelter, foster program, rescue or nonprofit organization. Surplus items include desks, furnishings, cabinets, shelving, Snyder kennel doors (contact Todd in advance), and stainless steel caging (contact Todd in advance).

You must provide your own tools, transportation and work crew to remove the items. We cannot hold or save items. Plan to bring your own packing materials, tie downs, etc. You must register in advance for entry. You can email Todd at todd@seattlehumane.org.”
