Last Friday USA Today released BringFido.com’s list of the 10 most Amazing dog parks across the US, and Seattle’s Magnuson Park Off Leash Area was on it.

If you go to off-leash dog parks in Seattle and haven’t taken your dog to Magnuson Off-Leash area, do it.

Fully enclosed (except for its beach on Lake Washington) and approximately 9 acres, Magnuson has something for all dogs: long flat open stretches that can accommodate the longest throw from a Chuckit!, water access (the only dog park in Seattle with it), a small dog area, a pavilion, and an area to hose off your dog.

Magnuson Off Leash Group maintains the off-leash area with Seattle Parks and Recreation Department. Check out their website for meetings and work parties.
