Looking for dog-related events or dog activities in the Seattle area? You’ve come to the right spot!
You won’t find a more comprehensive dog events calendar than this one. From dog adoption events to fundraisers, dog classes to support groups, and anything else we can dig up, you'll find it here, all in one place.
Recurring , weekly walks throughout the summer. Locations will vary so tune in each week to find out where to meet and where we will be walking.
Plan on 60-90 minutes of walk time, 2-3 miles. Usually paved sidewalks, but may post some easy park trails as well.
Please wear appropriate footwear (no flip flops), wear a mask if you are not vaccinated, leash your dog, stroller your child, pick up the poop and bring along water.
The 89-acre Wayne Golf Course in Bothell — one of the region’s last large, private, undeveloped swaths of land — is a park.
The golf course features about a mile of Sammamish River frontage, a historic apple orchard and farmhouse, acres of woods and proximity to Blyth Park and the Burke-Gilman and Tolt River trails.
There are some gravel paths throughout the new park but they don’t quite join up so there may be some wet, sloggy areas to pass through. Keep that in mind when choosing your footwear. The Sammamish River Trail is paved and flat and also used by cyclists, so dogs need to be on a shorter leash on this portion.
If you have an event you’d like us to post, a suggestion on how we can make our calendar better, or any other question, please email us at info(at)seattledogspot.com. You can also complete our online event submission form. We look forward to hearing from you!
