Looking for dog-related events or dog activities in the Seattle area? You’ve come to the right spot!
You won’t find a more comprehensive dog events calendar than this one. From dog adoption events to fundraisers, dog classes to support groups, and anything else we can dig up, you'll find it here, all in one place.
Enjoy an enrichment walk through four acres of native plants created by a former UW professor and his wife!
The path is dirt trail and is easy but does go downhill into the main garden so this is probably not a good choice for unsteady feet. This is a peaceful place so we will limit our group size.
LEASHES AND MASKS ARE REQUIRED!!! Please bring your well-behaved, non-diggers! Meet in the upper garden just past the welcome sign and donation box. I won’t have a ween but I will be wearing an Adventurewiener t-shirt!
There is a small plant shop in the upper garden with outdoor natives and a $5 donation to the garden is appreciated but not required.
Since this is such a fun place to sniff, we’ll walk around for about 30 minutes and then meet in their small amphitheater in the main garden for 20 minutes. I’ll talk about other enrichment ideas and raffle off a snuffle mat!
Parking is free but limited to a small lot at the garden and a few spaces on the street out front, otherwise you will need to park in the neighborhood and walk over. Car pool if you can!
PLEASE be conscious of your RSVP! I am keeping this event small to respect the garden and want everyone to be able to attend who wants to. There is a Seahawks game that day that starts at 10am (sorry) so consider that when responding.
Looking forward to sniffing with you all soon! More info at the Kruckeberg website.
If you have an event you’d like us to post, a suggestion on how we can make our calendar better, or any other question, please email us at info(at)seattledogspot.com. You can also complete our online event submission form. We look forward to hearing from you!
