Looking for dog-related events or dog activities in the Seattle area? You’ve come to the right spot!
You won’t find a more comprehensive dog events calendar than this one. From dog adoption events to fundraisers, dog classes to support groups, and anything else we can dig up, you'll find it here, all in one place.
Let’s meet at the Robinswood Park in the late afternoon for a little fun.
We will meet at the parking lot shown on this event map at 3 pm. We will then walk as a group about 1/4 mile to the small dog Off-Leash Area (Robinswood Dog Corral). We’ll hang out at the small dog park from approximately 315 pm to 345 pm.
Note: although the dog park is officially “fully fenced”, it’s my understanding that at least some of the fence is horizontal wood railing so it may be possible for small dogs to get underneath and escape… so please keep a very close eye on your pup(s).
Then we will go for a walk along the Robinswood Loop Trail south and back to the parking lot – about a 1/2 mile walk (those who wish to can head straight back to the parking lot and leave).
The trail surface is paved asphalt, gravel, or a natural pine needle surface and is typically at least 3 feet wide. All-terrain tires or motorized equipment may be needed for the surface type. The estimated grade is mostly gentle (5% or less).
You can read more about the trail, and see a map, here: https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/washington/robinswood-loop?p=-1
COVID info: Wearing a mask, and being vaccinated, is encouraged but you can make your own decisions (unless signs at the King County park say you must wear a mask when we arrive… so bring one just in case).
If you have an event you’d like us to post, a suggestion on how we can make our calendar better, or any other question, please email us at info(at)seattledogspot.com. You can also complete our online event submission form. We look forward to hearing from you!
