Every fall people email me to find out which corn mazes/pumpkin patches are dog friendly. The vast majority are not because they’re working farms and the owners are concerned how dogs will react to their various types of animals.
Fortunately, a handful of farms do allow dogs. Here are the ones I found in Western Washington:
Hunter Family Farm
7401 Yelm Hwy SE
Olympia, WA 98513
Leashed dogs with responsible owners welcome
Rutledge Corn Maze
302 93rd Ave SE
Olympia, WA 98501
Dogs allowed during daylight hours only
6502 52nd St E
Puyallup, WA 98371
Dogs allowed except in corn maze and on hay rides
Mosby Brothers Farms
3104 Auburn Black Diamond Road
Auburn, WA 98092
Friendly dogs on leash are welcome.
Pheasant Fields Farm
13274 Clear Creek Rd.
Silverdale, WA 98383
Dogs must be on leash at all times
Biringer’s Black Crow Pumpkins & Corn Maze
2431 State Route 530 NE
Arlington, WA 98223
Water and poop bags available for canine visitors
6140 Guide Meridian
Lynden, WA 98264
Dogs allowed in grassy area w/picnic tables only
Although all the farms specify it, you should only bring your dog if it’s well-behaved and on a leash. Be sure to bring plenty of poop bags as well.
Most of the farms open their corn mazes/pumpkin patches this week or next week. Please click on the links to find out when they’re open and see if they have any other events.
I’m sure this list isn’t comprehensive so if you know of other dog friendly corn mazes or pumpkin patches please let me know.
